New or unused products may be returned to any Auto Value location within 1 year of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Specially ordered items may be subject to re-stocking fees. Pre-paid freight is non-refundable.
Cores
A core may be returned to any Auto Value location as long as it is returned in the box that contained the new product purchased from Auto Value, and the core is in recyclable condition. Core refunds may be refused if the core is broken, missing pieces, or otherwise cannot be recycled.
