Online Orders

How to order:

  1. 1. Sign In or Create an Account. 
  2. 2. Choose the Auto Value location you wish to pick up your parts. 
  3. 3. Enter your vehicle information (Year, Make & Model and Engine Size).  
  4. 4. Shop for your desired products.
  5. 5. Pick up in-store.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please wait until you receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup before coming to the store. Please being with you your proof of purchase email, and photo ID when picking up your order. 


Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

Yes, in order to purchase a product from autovalueparts.ca, you must create an account. The only information we require to create an account is your name, phone number, and email address (the same information we would require for a guest check out).

How do I cancel an order?

If you have not picked up your parts, simply call your pickup location and inform them you wish to cancel your order. Please have you confirmation email ready. Once cancelled, your credit card will automatically be reimbursed. 


If you have already picked up your order, the products must be returned in-store to receive a refund. 


Does Auto Value Ship to My Home?

Auto Value does not offer shipping to home at this time. However, these capabilities will be added in the near future. Stay tuned!

Warranty Policy

Most parts come with a 1-year warranty but there are some additional details and exceptions. Please see our warranty policy

Core Returns

A core may be returned to any Auto Value location as long as it is returned in the box that contained the new product purchased from Auto Value, and core is in recyclable condition. Once accepted, the core charge will be credited back to the card used to purchase the part.

Does Auto Value perform mechanical work?

No. Auto Value does not perform mechanical work. However, if you are looking for some reputable automotive repair centers, please click here


Does Auto Value rent tools

Yes, Auto Value rents repair tools. Please contact your local Auto Value location for availability. 

Can Auto Value print off instructions for my vehicle repair?

Yes! For most repairs Auto Value can, print off repair instructions for your vehicle. Due to copyright restrictions, these instructions cannot be emailed.  

What Free services does Auto Value offer?

  • Ignition Module & Coil Testing
***Please Note, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, some Auto Value locations are not performing these tests. Please call your local store to ensure the service is being offered.

Does Auto Value have gift cards?

Yes! Please inquire in store for more details.

***Please note at this time, gift cards are in-store only. We are working on capabilities to allow gift cards to be accepted on the website soon.

I can't find the parts I am looking for 

While the vast majority of the parts we sell are available through our online store, due to catalogue restrictions, not everything we carry can be displayed.
