Our idle air controls (IAC) use a polymer blended, isotropic neodymium/iron/boron magnet to provide accurate control of the pintle and airflow ensuring accurate operation. Our high strength stepping motors produce the highest output torques and shielded ball bearing in the motor resists the environmental contaminates for an extended service life. Our IACs undergo load testing to ensure the actuator delivers a force greater than actual load for extra durability and peak performance.
