Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and team collaboration? We’re seeking a Dispatcher to join our fast-paced automotive parts distribution hub!
Key Responsibilities:
Set and coordinate delivery routes for drivers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Monitor driver deliveries in real-time to ensure routes are followed and adjusted as needed.
Communicate and work with store managers to prioritize deliveries and meet customer needs.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with external partners and suppliers.
Use fleet management technology to track deliveries and manage driver schedules.
Ensure all deliveries meet company standards for accuracy and efficiency.
Handle any delivery issues or changes in a calm and organized manner.
Maintain communication with drivers and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to learn and work with fleet management software and related technologies.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a bonus but not required.
Knowledge of the automotive parts industry is a plus but not essential.
