Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and team collaboration? We’re seeking a Dispatcher to join our fast-paced automotive parts distribution hub!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and coordinate delivery routes for drivers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Monitor driver deliveries in real-time to ensure routes are followed and adjusted as needed.
  • Communicate and work with store managers to prioritize deliveries and meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with external partners and suppliers.
  • Use fleet management technology to track deliveries and manage driver schedules.
  • Ensure all deliveries meet company standards for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle any delivery issues or changes in a calm and organized manner.
  • Maintain communication with drivers and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and work with fleet management software and related technologies.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Knowledge of the automotive parts industry is a plus but not essential.
